Regional Sales Specialist – Rice & Rice Bran
Job Description
Task and Responsibilities :
• Identify, target, and establish partnerships with large rice mills across Java Island.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote the sale of wet paddy, dry paddy, brown rice, and white rice.
• Build and nurture a network of distributors to enhance the distribution and sales of white rice across Java Island.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for rice mills and distributors, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for revenue and market share.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with rice mills and distributors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the agricultural or commodity trading sectors (paddy/ rice commodities).
• Having experience at least 3 years in Rice mill is preferred.
• Strong knowledge in supply chain of paddy & rice.
• Mandatory English Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
