• Employer Branding Strategy Support
• Talent Acquisition Support
• Content Creation (e.g., blog posts, articles, videos, employee testimonials) that highlights the employee value proposition and company culture).
• Employee Engagement Initiatives
• Data Analysis & Reporting
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is a must
• Strong understanding of employer branding principles and best practices.
• Experience with social media management and content creation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
