Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new B2B clients in the logistics sector.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Proposal Development: Create and present customized solutions to meet client logistics needs.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to drive business growth.

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics or supply chain services.
Skills:
• Communication: Strong negotiation and presentation skills to build rapport with clients.
• Sales Strategy: Ability to create effective sales plans and adapt to client requirements.
• Analytical Thinking: Data-driven approach to identifying opportunities and tracking performance.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and logistics management systems.
