Looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join the Passion Jewelry team as an Elite Boutique Manager in our Jakarta and other’s location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our prestigious boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Lead and motivate a talented team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Develop and implement sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
• Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation to create an inviting and engaging boutique environment
• Liaise with the corporate office to ensure alignment with brand standards and initiatives
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture and provide ongoing coaching and development for your staff
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure prompt issue resolution

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the luxury or jewelry industry
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop your staff
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
• Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to inform decision-making
