Requirements :
• Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Science
• Min 2 years experiences in customer service industry and in administrative
• Strong knowledge of SAP, MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good in English communication
• Ability to understand the business and its challenges
• Good knowledge of customer service requirements
• Polite and team player
• Customer oriented
• Proactive work style, highly reliable and accountable
• Act dynamically and pragmatically under pressure
• Able to work in a matrix organization
