Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Input sales, purchase, and expense data into the internal system.
• Issue invoices and credit notes as required.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for guests and staffs, including hotel, flight, transportation, and visa arrangements.
• Schedule and organize meetings for guests and staffs.
• Conduct market research and prepare summaries related to the Energy and Biomass industries.
• Support contracts processes, such as non-disclosure agreements, memorandums of understanding, and sales/purchase contracts.
• Support sales staffs to expand business.
• Prepare the annual budget and provide monthly and quarterly forecast updates.
• Perform various other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements :

• Female with max age 35 year-old
• Min Bachelor Degree in any major
• Min 2 years working experiences in knowledge of administrative and filing procedures.
• Speak English fluently with verbal and written skills, also can speak Japanese will be a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent interpersonal skill, ability to communicate effectively, detail oriented and tactful.
• Friendly and courteous phone manner.
• Excellent time management skills and Initiative self starter
• Professional working ethics and attitude.
