Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Evaluating and underwriting new insurance applications, ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements in timely manner.
• Assessing risk factors associated with new business applications, such as medical history, financial information, and lifestyle factors, to determine insurability and appropriate premium rates.
• Collaborating with agents, brokers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for underwriting purposes.
• Good communication skill, analytical thinking, attention to detail, negotiation skill and leadership skill.
• Willing to be located in Medan area

Requirements :

• Min Bachelor Degree in any major, preferable in Kesehatan Masyarakat/Insurance/Nursing/Natural Science.
• Have experience an NBUW in life insurance company.
• Have knowledge of process and procedures in NBUW and Insurance.
