Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, assessments (psychological tests and interviews), salary negotiation, and offering.
• Draft and manage employment contracts and agreements.
• Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in the cosmetics manufacturing industry is a strong plus.
• Skilled in psychological test administration and scoring.
• Experienced in working with targets and mass hiring processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to be placed at our head office in Green Lake City, Cipondoh.
