IT Project Manager

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Oversee product development and project management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Utilize software development methodologies and project management tools.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft SharePoint & Power Platform solutions.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Support key service areas, including:
• Microsoft 365 Platform Management – SharePoint administration, Power Platform solutions, Power BI reports, and automated workflows.
• Application Development & Maintenance – Application updates, bug resolution, code reviews, performance monitoring, and security implementation.
• Business Analysis – Requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Project Management – Project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• User Experience Design – User requirements documentation, user story creation, prototype development, and feedback integration.
• Quality Assurance – Test planning, test execution, defect management, and quality metrics reporting.
• Technical Documentation – System documentation, user manuals, API specifications, and operational process documentation.
• Technical Operations – Database administration, system integration, version control, performance optimization, and cloud service configuration.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development or project management.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint & Power Platform.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies and project management tools.
• English proficiency: TOEFL iBT 70+ or Duolingo 100+.
• Having an IT PM certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster) is a plus
