Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Provide 1st to 3rd-level support to VIP users, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Act as the main point of contact for VIP users’ IT needs and troubleshoot hardware/software-related problems with a sense of urgency.
• Manage and resolve issues related to email, network connectivity, hardware, software applications, and mobile devices.
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones for VIP users, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and applications.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various software and hardware systems.
• Collaborate closely with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and provide solutions quickly.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information and high-priority users.
• Provide training and guidance to VIP users on new systems, software, or best practices to ensure optimal use of technology.
• Track, document, and escalate issues through the help desk system, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
• Support remote and in-person troubleshooting as required, with an emphasis on a personalized, high-touch service.
• Assist with the setup and support of video conferencing and presentation tools for meetings, ensuring high-quality user experiences.

Requirements :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in information technology, system information
• At least 5 years experiences as an IT Support for BOD (VIP User) using Windows, MacOS, Servers, Network and Mobile Device
• Familiarity with Active directory, service desk software, and Asset Management
• Advanced in support PC/Laptop, Printer and Mobile Device
• Have good communication in English
• Domicile at Jakarta
• Able to join ASAP
