Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, budgets, risk logs, and status reports.
• Generate weekly or monthly project reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure proper filing of all project-related documents for easy access and retrieval.
• Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders and team members.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and other team members on project status.
• Create BAST

Requirements :

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience as an Project Admin in IT Company, with expertise in documentation and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Availability to work during Hari Raya (Ied Day).
• Domiciled in Jakarta.
