Retail IT Support Specialist
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Helpdesk & Hotline Support Answer calls from Beauty Advisors and log tickets in the system.
• Provide solutions based on user manuals and escalate issues if needed.
• Offer onsite support for offline troubleshooting.
• User Training Conduct Induction & Refreshment Training for Beauty Advisors.
• Retail IT Support Assist in Stock Adjustments, Sales Cancellations, and Product Exchanges.
• IT Asset & Network Management Manage hardware assets and handle network setup & requests.
• Store IT Support to support IT needs for new store openings, temporary & pop-up stores, relocations, and closures.
• Technical Skills Troubleshooting POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPN, WiFi, firewalls).
• Familiarity with Windows & macOS systems.
• Experience with retail applications and hardware (PC, printers, barcode scanners, cash registers, etc.).
Requirements :
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, preferably in Retail or Beauty industry.
• Knowledge of computer systems, troubleshooting, hardware, software, and networks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in hardware asset management and network administration.
• Ability to conduct basic user training on IT systems.
• Willing to work under 6 Months Contract.
