Job Description

We are seeking a talented Telesales professional to join our dynamic team at PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa’. As a Telesales representative, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our company. This is a full-time position based in our Central Jakarta, Jakarta office.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Proactively reach out to potential customers via telephone and present our products and services in a compelling and persuasive manner
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and close sales
• Maintain a strong understanding of our product portfolio and continuously update your product knowledge
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall sales process

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Telesales or outbound sales role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
