Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
• 2 years of experience in performing wide range of HR generalist duties
• Previous experience in human resources, professional development and training, or employee relations a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Consultancy skills, specifically diagnosis and contracting
• Excellent coaching and relationship building skills
• Solutions orientation balanced with delivery focus
• Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills within a process environment
• Willing to be placed at Head Office (Sidoarjo)
