Job Description

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Management
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Hospitality industry (preferred Hotel) is required for this position Strong analytical, conceptual and delivery the, propriate development program both in people or in organization
• Have a proven track record in training delivery including how to create a culture engagement
• Familiar with e-learning applications, hospitality service training, and training management
• Having good leadership
• Good computer & technology literacy, and including
• Having an excellent presentation skill
• Good in both Bahasa and English
