Senior .Net Programmer

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Analyze and update .NET applications for OS and database compatibility.
• Support Windows and SQL Server upgrade activities.
• Troubleshoot upgrade-related issues and optimize performance.
• Conduct deep analysis to provide solution, ensuring seamless integration between systems while maintaining performance, data integrity and scalability.
• Ensure .NET applications remain stable and compatible throughout the upgrade process.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Good communication skill in English (written and spoken) – required for communication with local and regional teams
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a .NET Programmer, preferably in system integration projects
• Experience in software development project in Banking industry is preferable
• Proven experience working with middleware, APIs, ETL process and data transformation tools
• Strong knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Solid understanding of web development and database programming using .NET, and MS SQL
• Familiarity with security and regulatory standard of system development for financial industry
• Excellent system impact analysis and troubleshooting skills

Soft Skills :

• Strong communication, analytical and coordination abilities to work with cross-functional teams, incl. regional/global counterparts.
• Familiarity with system technical documentation in English
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on process and documentation.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
