Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop software applications for automating procurement processes using AI and machine learning algorithms.
• Build modules that integrate processes such as vendor selection, price analysis, and contract analysis automatically.
• Develop systems to enhance procurement efficiency through automated product matching, vendor evaluation, and demand forecasting.

Application of Artificial Intelligence :

• Apply AI and machine learning algorithms to improve decision-making in procurement, such as demand prediction or identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop models to automate contract analysis and supplier management processes using Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Leverage AI to identify price trends and market patterns that support procurement planning System and API Integration:
• Integrate procurement software with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other tools used by the company to support procurement operations.
• Build and maintain APIs for data integration across various platforms and tools used by the procurement team.
• Collaborate with procurement teams, project managers, and other professionals to understand procurement needs and deliver AI-driven solutions that address those requirements.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that developed solutions align with business strategies and organizational objectives.

Testing and Maintenance :

• Conduct comprehensive system testing to ensure applications function efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure systems are capable of handling large volumes of data and processing information quickly.
• Update and maintain applications and AI algorithms to keep them relevant to business needs and evolving market conditions.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in software development and AI technologies, preferably within procurement or supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, and applying AI algorithms for data-driven decision-making.
• Solid understanding of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and how procurement applications integrate with other business systems.
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) for contract analysis or procurement-related text analysis.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Database expertise, including SQL, NoSQL, and Big Data tools.
• Experience with cloud development platforms and services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration tools to connect various software systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as Plit, Bot AI, Lovable AI, Google AI Studio, and Base44
• Open to a 1-year contract-based engagement
• Willing to work onsite at Karawaci, Tangerang
