Agency & Partnership Management Head – Jakarta

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Build and expand the national network of marketing agencies and acquisition partners.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with external partners, including agencies, communities, and acquisition channels.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies through agency and partnership channels.
• Monitor and analyze agency and partner performance across regions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, risk, and operations) to ensure business targets are met.
• Design incentive programs, training, and engagement schemes for agency partners.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or agency/partnership management, preferably in the Financial Industries
• Must have a strong network and a proven track record in managing national-level agency or partner acquisition.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven and capable of building structured systems and performance tracking.
• Willingness to travel across Indonesia
