IT Business Enablement Specialist – Jakarta

Job Description

You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling IT projects, ensuring they run in line with SDLC, coordinating stakeholder activities, analyzing business needs, and supporting issue resolution after go-live. You’ll also manage documentation such as business requirements, FSD, and reports, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements :

• At least 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis with leading team
• Holding a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) are essential.
• Proficient in tools like MS Office, Visio or Draw.io, SQL Server, Postman, JIRA, and MS Project.
• Experience in project management, system integration, and debugging is a plus.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and ready to take the next step.
