Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Ensure fair and efficient legal collections processes are implemented
• Advise and work with customers on how best to resolve payment
• Issue and maintain necessary legal documentation for overdue amounts
• Prepare contracts, pleadings, motions and other legal documents;
• Ethically present the company in legal hearings, arbitrations and, trials pertaining to Trade Receivables
• Provide advice to the management team in mitigating legal related risk, especially to matters pertaining to Trade Receivables

Requirements :

• Qualified Licensed Lawyer
• Deep knowledge of Collection law and procedures in Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
