Call Center (Application Helpdesk)
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Deliver excellent customer service by efficiently listening and addressing the customers’ needs
• Respond to incoming events from tracking units to confirm or verify that all is in order with the vehicle
• Collaborate with other related departments to resolve the issues
• Troubleshoot remotely for simpler issues
• Review systems and application logs for remote diagnostic of field devices
• Be a central point of contact for our loyal customers and coordinate exceptional customer service with relevant Cartrack departments.
Requirements :
• Must possess at least Diploma Degree (D3) in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Prior experience dealing directly with the customers, as a helpdesk, customer support, or technical support role (preferably in SaaS or IT-related services).
• Fully computer literate with experience/knowledge in Application Support and Web Services. Familiarity with SaaS applications and troubleshooting methods is preferred.
• Conversational level of English language skill
• Willing to work on shifting hours at the office (possible at night)
