Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Ensure that customers are utilizing Cartracks innovative services to their fullest potential.
• Conduct service status evaluations and liaise with customers to ensure maximum service up-times
• Arrange schedule repairs or preventative maintenance, ensuring that the necessary numbers of fleet vehicles are available at all times
• Prepare daily service level statistics and report exceptions where required
• Escalate inquiries to relevant departments and ensure that solutions are implemented in a timely manner

Requirements :

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience
• Experience in customer service will be an added advantage
• Proficient in English and Bahasa
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on and a positive attitude
• Technically independent with good initiative
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-box approach in providing solutions
