HR Manager
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
Requirements :
• Must be fluent in English & Mandarin in order to work with regional stakeholders including China.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia labor laws and regulations.
• Experience handling Visa applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in HR, employee relations, and performance management.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
