Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack’s products and solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structures/deals.
• Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms.
• Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission.
• Use CRM to its full potential to report, measure, and control sales inputs and outcomes.

Requirements :

• Proven track record of successful new business development in the B2B sales environment, preferably in the fleet management or automotive industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence senior-level stakeholders
• Hunter mentality, always hungry for new sales opportunities.
• 2+ years of SaaS sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve ambitious targets
• Proactive, results-driven and highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and business growth
• Fluency in English
