Job Description

Task and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for fulfilling the Direct Marketing team’s database and data analysis process needed by the Company, both sales data and other analysis to improve the Company’s performance
• Create dashboards and periodic reports for management and business leaders with the ability to synthesize data into information fit for consumption by business leaders
• Develop and implement a data collection system and implement it to ensure that the data used for reporting to management is accurate and of good quality, including collaborating with other work units in the data collection process
• Compile daily, weekly or monthly data and reports regarding new business, cancellations, call tracking, purchase cost data, and free view period once the customer learns about the purchased policy
• Having inisiative and proactive for finding anomali or opportunity customer caracter to provide business insight
• Provide data for marketing team from limited filled source and internal data to finding prospect customer

Requirements :

• S1 of Information Technology / Information Management / Mathematic / Statistic
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the area of CVM and Data Alnalytics
• Understand relational database with My Sql, SAS and others tools
• Having experience in insurance industry is a must
