Job Description

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree (prefer candidates with a master’s degree)
• Significant experience in strategic sourcing of procurement with at least 10 years of relevant experience in progressively responsible roles within procurement and sourcing functions.
• A strong understanding of FMCG industry, including its unique regulations, and compliance requirements in non inventory (consumable), is highly valuable.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Proven experience in drive cost savings, negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Analytical Skills (analyze data, market trends, and supplier performance to make informed decisions and optimize sourcing strategies).
• Excellent communication skills using Indonesian and English language.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Professional certifications in procurement can be beneficial (plus point)
