Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Building and Facilities maintenance.
• Building and Facilities report review.
• Handle Company Insurance.
• Facilities or Properties improvement and maintenance.
• Conducting procurement of facilities and infrastructure needed in the implementation of office activities, including Stationary, Laptop, Tables and Chair, etc.
• Managing vendors related to GA activities.
Requirements :
• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree In Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience.
• Good understanding of Building and Facilities maintenance.
• Strong administration skill.
• Willing to be placed in Setiabudi, Jakarta.
