Senior Professional HR Project
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate policies by collaborating with all HR functions (Organization • Development, Recruitment, HR Services, General Services, Security, IMT, Project Support, Finance, Compliance, etc.).
• Assess resource requirements and workforce needs to support project manpower planning and scheduling.
• Maintain, review, and ensure accuracy of personnel records, contracts, extensions, and project status reports for internal and external reporting.
• Lead HR lifecycle processes for PMC staff: onboarding, placement, contract extensions, reassignments, terminations, and performance reviews.
• Review and improve HR workflows to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company policies and project objectives.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Management.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, ideally in large or global companies.
• Experience in management/stakeholder engagement at a high level.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English.
