Organizational Alignment Supervisor

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and follow-up initiatives to ensure alignment across business units.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of alignment initiatives, making recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and implement communication strategies that promote a cohesive culture and shared understanding of goals.
• Provide coaching to managers and teams on aligning team objectives with organizational priorities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and updates to management on organizational alignment status and metrics.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Economics, Management, Statistics, or Engineering
• Minimum 1-2 years experience especially in strategy & performance monitoring system development
• Strong knowledge of strategy, planning, and execution
• Proficient in strategic planning and formulation techniques
• Intermediate English communication skills
