Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Scouting new location for Stand alone, Mall, Office Building, etc for Excelso Coffee Shop
• Analyze potential areas for New Store / Outlet Expansion and reporting data
• Negotiate the lease price with Landlord and Mall Management
• Establish communication with property agents, government, land owners and other related parties

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree of any major with minimum GPA 3.00
• Have a negotiation, market research analysis, decision making, and communication skill
• Have an experience in F & B industries is a plus
• Have an experience as a Expansion Location Spv or Site Acquisition
