Design Engineer – Mandarin Speaker – Jakarta

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop new electrical and electronic components and systems for our air conditioning and home appliance products
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
• Conduct technical analyses, simulations, and testing to validate design performance and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Document and communicate design specifications, technical reports, and project updates to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous product improvement
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members, contributing to their professional development

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in design, preferably in the air conditioning or home appliance industry
• Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to stakeholders
• Proficient in CAD software, simulation tools, and product design methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
