Requirements :

• Minimum education bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Minimum 5 years experience in large-scale recruitment, preferably with outsourcing background.
• Experienced in canvassing/visiting/door-to-door recruitment.
• Experienced in planning, executing, and improving recruitment strategies.
• Able to work in the field and interact directly with many people.
• Result-oriented and able to work with tight targets.
• Have the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Can join immediately.
