Chatbot UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Design user-friendly interfaces for chatbot interactions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for chatbot experiences.
• Conduct user research to understand needs and improve chatbot usability.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Test and optimize chatbot UI/UX to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Maintain consistency in design across all chatbot platforms and interfaces.
• Stay updated on chatbot trends and best practices to keep designs fresh and innovative.

Requirements :

• Experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of chatbot UX principles and user behavior.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Knowledge of usability testing and user feedback collection.
• Ability to collaborate with developers to bring designs to life.
• Strong communication skills to explain design choices to team members.
• A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work for chatbots or similar projects.
