Senior Professional Trainer
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Develop and design training syllabi and learning paths aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and areas for development.
• Deliver engaging and interactive general training programs for employees.
• Collaborate with departments to create tailored development initiatives.
• Continuously improve existing training materials and methods to enhance effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to ensure measurable results.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in people development and integrate innovative practices
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Education, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in people development, training, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing training programs and learning materials.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze training effectiveness and implement improvements.
