Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Write, revise, and maintain training materials and manuals for internal teams and customers.
• Improve the quality of system documentation to support company operations and goals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and clarity in documentation.
• Conduct research to produce user-friendly and comprehensive manuals and guides.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to company standards in all written materials.
• Maintain high standards of English proficiency in all documentation.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Communications, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in writing technical documents in English are preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with software terminology.
• Exceptional English proficiency, demonstrated by a minimum TOEFL score of 600 (paper-based), 100 (IBT), 7 (TOEIC), or equivalent international standards.
