Technical Account Manager
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing tailored technical guidance.
• Technical Support: Deliver proactive support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize solutions.
• Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer issues, coordinating with internal teams.
• Training and Enablement: Empower customers through training and documentation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to improve products and customer satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring: Track account performance and provide actionable insights.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of technical experience (technical support, software development, implementation).
• Strong technical knowledge (software, hardware, networking, cloud).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven project management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in account management (preferred).
