Middleware Engineer

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Perform installation and configuration of Middleware according to customer needs within the established timeframe.
• Prepare reports related to Middleware installation and configuration (Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance).
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and identify solutions to resolve Middleware issues.
• Resolve or escalate technical issues related to Middleware or the results of troubleshooting to the principal and ensure appropriate and timely solutions are obtained.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation purposes.
• English language skills.
• Willing to work in a 24/7 shifting system (if needed).

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant certifications in Middleware technologies(will be a plus)
• Troubleshooting expertise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Freshgraduate are welcome
