Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative and documentation support to the sales team, particularly in the preparation and submission of tender documents.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of project-related documentation.
• Coordinate and process reports related to preventive maintenance activities in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain up-to-date records of ongoing projects and sales-related documents.
• Assist in compiling client requirements, vendor forms, and other tender materials.
• Support sales operations to improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PDF editing tools.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
