Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• The Sparepart Operation role involves overseeing the daily audit and management of pending parts, arranging the transfer of ports to the service center, and afficiantly handling system operations. This position is responsible for pushing shipments, managing spare part costs and billing processes, and handling defective unit returns. Additionally, it includes conducting warehouse stock audits, ensuring both good and defective parts are accurately tracked, and performing logistics cost audits to optimize operational efficiency. The role demands a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure smooth and cost-effective spare part operations.

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree required with preferred major accounting
• Minimum 1 years direct experience accounting
• Experience working of operation management
• Tech enthusiast, self-starter, critical think problem-solver, and passionate individual
• Prior experiences in smartphone, e-commerce, telecommunication & media retail & marketing, sales & distribution, and technology are plus point
• Native level English speaker and ideally specks Bahasa Indonesia fluently, basic knowledge in Mandarins appoint
