Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Field Force Management (FFM) plays a pivotal role in leading day-to-day sales promotor and responsible for overall sales achievements.
• FFM performs team development activities including hiring training and ensuring the completion of sales processes and retail tasks.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of sales and training experience in electronics, telecom, FMCG, or similar with 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Able work well with teams to meet sales goals and please customers.
• Result oriented to meet overall sales targets.
• Understand customers and markets.
