• Mastering management information systems (MIS) and recruitment systems.
• Have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough and detail-oriented.
• Able to work under time pressure.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Have high integrity and professionalism.
• Mastering English (spoken and written).
• Have experience in using online recruitment systems.
• Have knowledge of rules and regulations related to recruitment and HR.
