Customer Engagement – Jakarta
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Design, develop, and implement customer engagement programs aimed at improving customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the implementation of customer engagement programs, while also actively identifying room for improvements.
• Analyze customer engagement data to identify trends,
insights, and areas for improvement.
• Provide assistance for overall Customer Communication & Engagement program and initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and contribute to company growth.
• Regularly monitor cost usage from Enterprise Customer Experience team and liaise with each of budget user to ensure proper budget usage.
• Develop and maintain budgetary control tracker to monitor expenditures and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Coordinate with Finance and Procurement team for budget reporting and/or vendor management purposes.
Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in a relevant field: Marketing / Communications / Public
Relation / Advertising / International Relations / Literature
• 1 year in customer engagement / customer management / community development / equal
