Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Evaluate system alerts for potentially fraudulent activity
• Review transactions in multiple systems as well as input from other sources to identify fraud
• Verify customers regarding anomalous transactions or activities that occur and/or send notifications of high-risk transactions or activities, Strong understanding on transaction monitoring
• Working Hour: 24 hour (shifting)
• Perform temporary and permanent card and or account blocking for the suspicious and fraud transactions and activity
• Provides cancellation request directly to merchants and / or acquirers for the fraudulent transaction
• Placement: Jakarta

Requirements :

• Man 30-40 Yo
• Min. D3/S1 in any major
