Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support of BOD, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and prepare agendas, board packets, and meeting minutes.
• Assist in preparing and distributing reports, presentations, and correspondence for board meetings.
• Track and follow up on action items from board meetings
• Maintain confidential records and documents related to board activities
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Directors
• Organize logistics for board meetings, including room setup, catering, and technology requirements
• Manage communications between the board members and senior management or other external parties
• Support other administrative tasks as required by the Directors

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred but not always required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, particularly supporting senior executives or Directors
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail, particularly in document preparation and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and calendar management tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
