Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Assist Chief Product Officer in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables using tools like Jira or MS Project.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing) to ensure alignment.
• Prepare reports and documentation for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks under guidance.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination (internships included).
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK/Agile/Waterfall).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Preferable certify project management – PMP
