General Manager Finance – Area Bandung

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Lead the finance, accounting, and tax departments of the company.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals, overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Prepare budgets and analyze actual performance against targets.
• Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop strategic plans for long-term growth and profitability.
• Oversee accounting functions, including general ledger reporting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize the company’s tax position.
• Ensure tax compliance, manage filings, audits, and maintain relationships with auditors and tax authorities.
• Manage cash flow, including forecasting cash flow needs.

Requirements :

• Minimum education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance within the F&B industry.
• CPA or CFA certification is preferred.
• Possesses Brevet A and B certification.
• Proficient in reporting tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Experience working in the F&B sector.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead finance and accounting teams.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and management.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, financial regulations, and accounting principles.
