Business Process Improvement Manager – Jakarta Selatan
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Self-starting and able to adapt work priorities in response to complex or changing environment.
• Lead business process re-engineering projects and aim to removes waste, streamline and improve the workflows within the company.
• Drive optimization by identifying areas of improvement opportunity, defining and planning projects to improve performance.
• Manage center of excellence projects from beginning to end; define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Advise, control and monitor the Business Process Improvement/Reengineering Project or Program.
• Formulate the Policy and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as part of Business Process Improvement, Reengineering, and Automation initiatives for optimizing business performance.
Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor degree preferably from reputable university.
• 4+ years experience in FMCG industry.
• Good knowledge of business model, strategic management, business process diagnostics / assessment, Business Acumen, and other related knowledge
• Fluent in English both written and oral
• Placement : South Jakarta
