Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Supervise and provide direction to contractors to ensure construction quality.
• Calculate work volumes for project activities and monitor their execution.
• Oversee the resolution of building issues during the construction period until handover to the after-sales team.
• Participate in the building handover process to ensure a smooth transition.
• Prepare and update construction status reports for project tracking.

Requirements :

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Experience in construction supervision for landed house projects is a plus.
• Internship experience with direct field exposure will also be considered.
• Strong interest in landed house development and field supervision.
• Placement: Sepatan, Tangerang.
