Leasing & Casual Leasing Officer

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Actively search for tenants and develop leasing strategies to optimize space utilization.
• Expand and maintain a database of potential tenants and build strong relationships with them.
• Negotiate rental prices and agreements with tenants and event organizers.
• Handle rental contracts including data verification, contract drafting, review, and coordination with external parties.

Requirements :

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or finance.
• Minimum one year experience in similar role, preferably in mall leasing or casual leasing.
• Has knowledge of mall tenants, brands, and retail businesses.
• Placement: Bintaro, South Tangerang.
