NOC Manager

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of network engineers and technical support representatives.
• Be involved in all network-related job roles including initial RFP process, planning, implementation, maintenance, and documentation.
• Complete network tasks which include IP address subnetting, fibre optic troubleshooting and provisioning, core router configuration, system upgrades, and proactive maintenance and configuration.
• Be a contributing member of the management team which is responsible for company-wide policies and procedures.
• Responsible for all network planning and purchases from the core level all the way down to the customer facing side.
• Knowledgeable in BGP peering

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Informatics Engineering/Information Systems with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Expertise in configuring and managing network protocols for efficient and secure networking.
• Skilled in dynamic routing and traffic management.
• Proficient in VPN setup for secure site-to-site and user access.
• Strong background in network security and firewall configuration.
• Experienced in creating and maintaining access control lists.
• Knowledgeable in DHCP, PPPoE, FTP, and network monitoring tools.
• Competent in managing key network services.
